• 5 ply Imported Automatic Corrugation Plant with faster changeover facilities.
• BOBST 4 colour FFG to be installed in November, 2022 which have Capacity to produce 18000 boxes/hour.
• High Speed 2 Colour printer with Die cutter to ensure accuracy in sizing and better finishing.
• High Speed 4 colour printer with Die cutter, ceramic rollers and doctor rolls to provide printing output close to offset printer - Could replace duplex Cartons with faster delivery and more output.
• High Speed 4 colour printer with Die cutter, ceramic rollers and doctor rolls to provide printing output close to offset printer - Could replace duplex Cartons with faster delivery and more output.
• 3 Nos of Automatic Folder Gluer to ensure proper finishing and bonding of box.
• Lab with best in class Testing Facilities for paper as well as board to ensure quality being delivered to client.
• 4 tons Steam Boiler with better pressure facilities, usage of green fuel.
• High quality Starch and Ink for better bonding, longevity and aesthetic beauty of the box.
